1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pageant Photo Coach at pageantphotocoach.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pageant Photo Coach is an AI-powered photo coaching tool that evaluates pageant photos across multiple dimensions and provides scoring, rankings, and coaching feedback. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations.

3. No Affiliation with Pageant Organizations

Pageant Photo Coach is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any pageant system or organization, including but not limited to Miss USA, Miss America, National American Miss, AmeriFest, Elementary, Collegiate, or Kentucky America Presents. All pageant system names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for the purpose of tailoring coaching feedback to the scoring preferences associated with those systems.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All coaching feedback, scores, rankings, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. This content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI analysis is not a guarantee of pageant performance or results. Scores and feedback are algorithmic opinions and should not be treated as professional judging. Actual pageant judging involves subjective human evaluation that may differ significantly from AI-generated assessments.

We make no representations or warranties that using this Service will improve your placement in any competition.

5. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or legal guardians may upload photos of minor contestants under their care.

6. Photo Upload & Content

By uploading photos, you represent that:

  • You own the photos or have the legal right to upload them
  • If the photos depict a minor, you are their parent or legal guardian (or have written consent from the parent or legal guardian)
  • The photos do not violate any laws or contain inappropriate content

You retain all ownership rights to your photos. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload. We use your photos solely to provide the coaching analysis you requested.

7. Credits & Payments

New accounts receive free coaching credits. Additional credits or unlimited subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Subscriptions: The unlimited plan renews monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining billing period.

Refunds: Because each coaching session consumes AI processing resources at the time of analysis, credits that have already been used for completed analyses are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your results, contact us for a credit restoration.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos you do not have the right to use
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated coaching feedback as your own professional service without disclosure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Sharing & Public Links

The share feature generates a public link to your coaching results. Anyone with the link can view the shared report, including photo thumbnails, scores, and coaching narratives. You are responsible for who you share links with. Share links remain active as long as your account and the associated report exist.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pageant Photo Coach, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
